Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns on products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged or altered in any way.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@echosmile.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Used or damaged products (unless defective)
